1. The Websites
1.1 CDN Services. The Websites assist users in searching, discovering, comparing, and purchasing cloud-based content delivery network services (hereinafter, referred to as the “CDN Services”).
1.2 Providers of CDN Services. The Company does not provide the CDN Services directly. The Company uses the Websites for the purpose of acting as an intermediary of providers offering CDN Services (the “Providers”).
On the website www.cdnfinder.com, the Company integrates and facilitates the services offered by more than 25 external Providers. For more information on the Providers featured on www.cdnfinder.com, please visit https://www.cdnfinder.com/content-delivery-network-comparison.
On the website www.cdnworld.com, the Company acts as an intermediary of the services provided by Level3 Communications LLC, an American company, having a registered office at 1025 Eldorado Boulevard, Broomfield, CO 80021, the United States (hereinafter, referred to as “Level3 Communications”). For more information on the services provided by Level3 Communications, please visit http://www.level3.com .
1.3 Access to Client Area, Online Administrative Interface, API, and SLA. If you subscribe for using the CDN Services, you will receive access to:
(i) the client area available on https://clients.zerouno.co/clientarea.php (the “Client Area”);
(ii) the online administrative interface of the selected Provider (the “Online Administrative Interface”);
(iii) the Application programming interface (API) of the selected Provider.
(iv) the Service-Level Agreement (SLA) of the selected Provider.
1.4 Types of CDN Service Plans. The CDN Services are sold on the Websites on the basis of subscription plans (hereinafter referred to as “CDN Service Plans”). CDN Service Plans are two types, namely, free trial CDN Service Plans and paid CDN Service Plans. CDN Service Plans automatically renew until cancelled in accordance with Section 1.10. We will notify you in case the prices of the CDN Services increase and, if required, seek your consent to continue.
1.5 Free trial CDN Service Plans. A free trial CDN Service Plan provides you with an opportunity to use 200 Gigabytes (GB) free bandwidth allowance within a time period of 14 days commencing on the date when the order is accepted. After the expiration of the free trial CDN Service Plan or the free bandwidth allowance, you will automatically subscribe into the corresponding paid CDN Service Plan. For example, after the expiration of a free trial basic CDN Service Plan, you will automatically subscribe into a basic CDN Service Plan. If you are subscribed for a free trial CDN Service Plan, you can monitor the usage of the free bandwidth allowance by using the Client Area and the online administrative interface of the selected CDN provider. Please note that we may (but are not obliged) to send you a notice at midnight (GMT) when 70% and 90% of usage have been reached. We collect usage data from Provider’s API every 5 minutes when usage data is made available and make every attempt to send notifications in timely manner but you should monitor usage data from the Online Administrative Interface.
1.6 Types of paid CDN Service Plans. You can purchase either a prepaid CDN Service Plan or a bandwidth allowance CDN Service Plan.
1.7 Prepaid CDN Service Plan. A prepaid CDN Service Plan subscription allows you to prepay your monthly bandwidth usage. The prices of prepaid bandwidth usage are available on our websites in the pricing tables of the selected Provider. If the monthly prepaid bandwidth usage is not used within one month from the purchase date, the monthly prepaid bandwidth usage will expire and you will no longer be able to use it.
1.8 Bandwidth allowance CDN Service Plan. A bandwidth allowance CDN Service Plan includes a fixed monthly bandwidth allowance in GB as stated in the plan pricing table available on the Websites for all listed CDN Services. If the monthly bandwidth allowance is not used within a time period of one month from the purchase date, it will expire.
1.9 Registering a CDN account. CDN service installation. You will receive an email notification by us informing you if the selected Provider offers service self-provisioning.
a. If the selected Provider offers service self-provisioning, after service purchase and account registration, you will receive via email the login details to the Online Administrative Interface of the selected Provider within 24 hours of your service purchase and will be required to complete the purchased CDN Services installation. Provider’s self-provisioning documentation will be made available to you and our support team will be available to help if needed (as defined in Section 4).
b. If the selected Provider does not offer service self-provisioning, you need to provide us with the following information by opening a ticket with our support department from the Client Area:
1 Type of content acceleration? [Web content (Large or small object) or streaming (Live or VOD)]
2 Targeted geographies in %? [e.g., 30% North America, 30% Europe, 5% Latin America, 5% Asia Pacific 5% Africa and 5% Middle East]
3 Estimated monthly delivery in GB?
4 Origin hostname? [Where the CDN should fetch content from – E.g. origin.yourwebsite.com]
5 CDN hostname? [Domain to be CNAME to CDN – E.g. static.yourwebsite.com]
6 Caching Policy? [By default CDNs honours customer cache headers “no-cache” or “maxage=xxx”, if you prefer the CDN to override please provide list of paths and related override roles]
7 HTTP and/or HTTPS?
8 Any other Policy or important information?
Your CDN Account will be ready for testing within 24 hours after receiving the information requested above. Our orders are usually processed within two hours during Business Hours and Business Days (as defined in Section 4).
1.10 Cancelling your subscription. You can cancel your Credit Card subscription or PayPal billing agreement during a free or paid plan at any time from the Client Area available at https://clients.zerouno.co/clientarea.php. Please follow the steps described below.
(i) Clicking on “Services”;
(ii) Select “My Service”;
(iii) Select “Manage Product”;
(iv) Select “Request Cancellation”;
(v) Add information in the field “Briefly Describe your reason for Cancellation”;
(vi) Select “Immediate” or “End of billing cycle”; and
(vii) Click on “Request Cancellation”.
1.11 Login into the Client Area. You can login into the Client Area after creating an account with us from https://clients.zerouno.co/clientarea.php.
1.12 Duplicate accounts. You are not allowed to register more than one Client Area account by using the same email address.
1.13 Measures against data discrepancy. We sync via API with some of the Providers and make service usage data available to you from the Client Area. We systematically check manually if data collected from the Providers match the data made available to you in the Client Area. In case the data collected from the Providers do not match the data in the Client Area, we will use the data collected from the Providers for billing purposes and investigate the reason for the data discrepancy. You are encouraged to also monitor the data collected by using the Online Administrative Interface of the selected Provider.
1.14 Invalidation of CDN cached content. You can invalidate CDN cached content by using the Online Administrative Interface and/or the API (when made available on our Client Area) of the selected Provider. We sync via API with some Providers with the aim to allow users to invalidate CDN cached content from their Client Area. Irrespective of whether you use the Client Area or the Online Administrative Interface or API, your content invalidation commands will remove content from CDN caching proxies in real-time. If you request access to content which has been removed from the CDN cashing proxies, the content will be fetched from origin and stored in the CDN caching proxy again.
1.15 Self-provisioning. Some Providers offer services via self-provisioning Online Administrative Interface. If the selected Provider offers service self-provisioning, after service purchase and account registration, you will receive via email the login details to selected Provider Online Administrative Interface within 24 hours of your service purchase and will be require to complete the purchased CDN services installation. Provider’s self-provisioning documentation will be made available to you and our support team will be available to help if needed (as defined in Section 4).
2. Company’s Content
2.1 Some of the content published on the Websites is owned by the Company (hereinafter, referred to as “Company’s Content”). Company’s Content includes, but is not limited to, images, source code, and text. We would like to inform you that Company’s Content is protected by the intellectual property law of the United Kingdom and the applicable intellectual property laws. Unless otherwise provided in these Terms, you are not allowed to use Company’s Content.
3.1 If you prefer, you can subscribe for our newsletter. You can do so by using “Sign up for newsletter” functionality which is available on the Websites.
3.2 You can unsubscribe from our newsletters by using the unsubscribe link included in any newsletter submitted by the Company to you.
4. Customer support for general enquiries
4.1 If you have an issue with the purchased service, please create a ticket with our support team at https://clients.zerouno.co/clientarea.php. Kindly include the following information in the ticket:
(i) Issue description with screenshot if possible
(ii) IP address of the user facing the issue
(iii) Location of the user facing the issue
(iv) Trace route
(vi) Time issue initiated
(vii) Time issue stopped

4.3 Our support staff handles general support queries as well as queries related to account configuration. We refer all other queries to Level3 Communications.
4.4 Company’s support services are offered during Business Days and Business Hours for general enquiries and account information. Level3 Communications’ support is offered based on 24/7/365 support for Severity 1 and 2 Incidents.
4.5 The average response times to support queries are mentioned below.
(i) Severity 1 Incidents within 4 hours;
(ii) Severity 2 Incidents within the same Business Day; and
(iii) All other Incidents by the next Business day.
4.6 For the purpose of this Section 4, the following definitions apply:
“Business Days” means Monday through Friday, excluding any day that is simultaneously a UK banking holiday;
“Business Hours” means 8AM-6PM during a Business Day in London, United Kingdom;
“Incident” means an occurrence during which your use of the services provided through the Website (hereinafter, referred to as the “Services”) is adversely impacted;
“Severity 1 Incident” means an incident resulting in a major service outage requiring the user to redirect all traffic from the Company / Level3 Communications to another CDN; and
“Severity 2 Incident” means an incident resulting in minor or intermittent outage not requiring the user to redirect traffic to another CDN.
4.7 The Company offers, for an additional fee, a higher level of support through our Custom plans that can be customized to suit your technical and business needs (hereinafter, referred to as the “Customized Support”). For more information on the Customized Support, please contact us by using the contact details mentioned in Section.
5.1 You agree to cooperate with us in resolving any support and other issues related to your use of the Services.
6. A license to use the Websites
6.1 We grant you a personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, limited license to use the Websites pursuant to these Terms.
7. License restrictions
7.1 Unless otherwise stated in these Terms, you are not allowed to: (i) distribute Company’s Content; (ii) copy Company’s Content; (iii) disassemble, make alterations, decompile, reverse engineer, translate, adapt Company’s Content; and (iv) distribute, rent, loan, use, lease or attempt to grant other rights to Company’s Content.
8.1 All Company’s Content, including trademarks, service marks and trade names of the Company, is intellectual property of the Company, its partners, agents, licensors, vendors, and/or other content providers.
9. Purchasing CDN Services
9.1 You can compare, choose, and purchase the CDN Services offered by Level3 Communications directly on the website https://www.cdnworld.com . We offer three subscription plans to the CDN Services provided by Level3 Communications, namely, Basic, Pro, and Plus. Moreover, you can choose a Custom Solution, which meets your specific business needs. 9.3 We guarantee the lowest prices of CDN Services on the market. If, after purchasing the CDN Services on the website https://www.cdnfinder.com, you discover an identical CDN Service in USD on another website, we will refund you the difference subject to certain terms and conditions. 9.4 By purchasing the CDN Services on the Websites, you agree to pay the subscription fees as set forth in your rate schedule.
9.5 Unless otherwise stated in your rate schedule, you are responsible for paying all applicable taxes.
9.6 If you would like to purchase one of the CDN Service Plans through the Websites, you need to add the selected product in your online Cart. This can be done by (1) visiting the webpage of the selected CDN Service Plan and (2) clicking on the “Buy now” button. After you add the selected CDN Service Plan to the Cart, you need to: (1) login to your account on the selected Website (if you do not have an account, you will need to register one); (2) click on the “Next Step” button; (3) enter your payment information; and (4) click on the button “Confirm”. When you click on the button “Confirm”, we will send you a confirmatory email informing you about your order. By clicking on the button “Confirm” and receiving a confirmatory email, you conclude a sale contract in English between you and the Company on the basis of these Terms. You can also purchase one of the CDN Service Plans through the Websites by subscribing for a free trial CDN Service Plan and not cancelling it prior to its expiration.
9.7 The details of your specific contract will not be filed by us and, therefore, the specific contract will not be available to you. However, if you do require any information regarding your order please login to your account on the Websites or contact us by using the contact details mentioned in Section 4.
9.8 You will be able to identify and correct any input errors prior to clicking on the “Confirm” button. You can navigate through the fields containing the information entered by you by clicking on the buttons “Previous Step” and “Next Step”.
9.9 VAT at the applicable rate is payable on fees for CDN Services due to us by (i) individuals based in the EU and (ii) UK companies.
10.1 All payments related to the purchases of the CDN Services on the Websites can be made by: (1) using the services of PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. having an address at 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (the official website of PayPal is https://www.paypal.com); and (2) credit cards Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, EnRoute, and Diners Club (hereinafter, PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. and the processors of the aforementioned credit cards are collectively referred to as the “Third Party Payment Processors”). You agree that we shall not be liable if the Third Party Payment Processors decline or refuse a payment.
10.2 You agree not to hold the Company liable for payments that do not reach the correct account because you have quoted an incorrect account number, credit card number, or incorrect personal information.
11.1 Pursuant to the EU law, you have 14 days to withdraw once a service contract has been concluded without giving any reason. We will provide you with a full refund if you claim the withdrawal from the contract within the time period of 14 days.

11.3 If you would like the Company to start providing the CDN Services without waiting for the 14-day period to lapse, you need to provide us with your prior express consent to allow us to start providing the CDN Services within the 14-day period. If you provide us with your prior express consent to allow us to start the provision of the CDN Services within the aforementioned time period and you decide to withdraw the service contract within the aforementioned time period, you must pay for the time you used the CDN Services. If the service contract has been fully executed before the end of the aforementioned time period, you can no longer withdraw as the work has been completed.
12. Your warranty to the Company
12.1 You represent and warrant that:
(i) you will not use the Websites in a way that:
- violates any applicable law;
- spreads malware (e.g., viruses, worms, Trojan horses);
- violates the intellectual property rights of others;
- is ethnically, racially, or otherwise objectionable;
- is sexually explicit, libelous, harassing, defamatory, abusive, profane, vulgar, threatening, hateful, obscene;
- advertises or encourages the use of tobacco, alcohol, and illegal substances; and
- disseminates spam or other illegal messaging.
(ii) your age is at least 18 years;
(iii) you will use the Websites only in accordance with these Terms.
14.1 We put reasonable efforts to ensure that the Websites are always available. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee that the Websites would be always available because the availability of the Websites may be affected by factors which we cannot control, e.g., bandwidth problems, equipment failure, or acts of God. We do not accept any responsibility for the unavailability of the Websites caused by such factors.
15.1 The Websites may contain links to websites owned by third parties. We are not responsible for the content of websites owned by third parties.
16. Disclaimer of warranties
16.1 TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE APPLICABLE LAW, WE PROVIDE THE WEBSITES ON “AS AVAILABLE”, “AS IS”, AND “WITH ALL FAULTS” BASIS. WE DO NOT MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ABOUT THE RELIABILITY, SUITABILITY, AND ACCURACY, FOR ANY PURPOSE, OF THE WEBSITES. WE HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES REGARDING THE WEBSITES AND THEIR OPERATION.
17. Limitation of liability
17.1 UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN THE APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR OTHER RELATED DAMAGES ARISING OUT OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE WEBSITES.
18.1 These Terms are in force until terminated.
18.2 We may, at our sole discretion, terminate these Terms at any time by sending you an email. In addition, your rights under these Terms will be automatically terminated if you do not comply with any provision of these Terms.
18.3 After the termination of these Terms, all legal rights granted to you pursuant to these Terms will terminate. Upon termination, you shall stop using the Websites.
19. Governing law and disputes
19.1 The Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
19.2 All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the courts in the United Kingdom.
19.3 Any contractual disputes related to provision of online services can also be resolved out-of-court at a low cost in a simple and fast way on the web-based Online Dispute Resolution platform developed by the European Commission. The Online Dispute Resolution platform is available in 23 official languages of the European Union at https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr .
20. Amendment of these Terms
20.1 We reserve the right to amend or modify these Terms from time to time by sending you an email or posting a notice on the Websites. In case you continue using the Websites after receiving such an email or a notice, you agree to the changes stated in the notice or email.
